Flow cytometric analysis of CD16 on Rhesus macaque lysed whole blood. Rhesus macaque lysed whole blood was stained with the APC Mouse Anti-Human CD16 antibody (unshaded) or with a APC Mouse IgG1, κ isotype control (shaded). His tograms were derived from gated events based on light scattering characteristics for lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD LSR™ II flow cytometry system.
